Text messages from Legacy Roofers

Legacy Roofers is a roofing contractor. It texts its customers about their own project, from its business number (720) 571-4435. Its first text, and every text with a link, begins with “Legacy Roofers:”; a later text in a conversation already under way may leave the name off. Legacy Roofers does not send marketing or promotional texts.

You are asked first

No number is texted without a recorded yes. Before the first text, someone from Legacy Roofers asks you in person or on the phone, reading this script:

You can say no. Saying no changes nothing about the price or the work: you get the same documents by email and the same phone calls. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

There is no separate confirmation text. The first text carries the program terms at the end:

Your answer is recorded
