Text messaging privacy policy. This policy covers the text messages Legacy Roofers sends to its customers. It supplements Legacy Roofers' privacy policy at https://legacyroofersllc.com/privacy-policy/, which covers everything else.

What we use your number for

Text messaging. If you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Roofers, we use your mobile number to send you your estimate, contract, invoice and updates about your project, and to reply to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your number and your consent are handled only by the services that deliver the messages: Paint Pals, the software Legacy Roofers uses, and its messaging carrier. They use them to deliver Legacy Roofers' messages and for nothing else.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also reach Legacy Roofers at (720) 731-6824 or julian@legacyroofersllc.com. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

The record of your consent

When you agree, Legacy Roofers records it: your name and mobile number, how you agreed (in person or by phone, or by texting us first), who asked, and the date and time. Legacy Roofers keeps that record and can provide it on request.
